How to get started with VORA
To connect for the first time, you need your VORA account and the INCY app on your phone or tablet. Use your account to manage your subscription and devices, and INCY to connect. It is a third-party app made by another team. Follow the steps on the device you want to connect; you can use a QR code for another device.
Sign in to VORA
Open your account and sign in using your preferred method. Check whether your account is eligible for a 24-hour trial with no bank card required. If the offer appears, activate it and wait for confirmation in your account. If the trial is unavailable, choose a suitable plan or check when your existing subscription expires.
Install INCY
On iPhone or iPad, open INCY in the App Store; on Android, open it in Google Play using the official link below. Install the app on the device you want to connect. After installation, return to your VORA account. Downloading the app alone does not add your subscription: you need to import it from your account.
Add this device
In your account, open Devices and tap Add. Choose This device, then Incy and Connect. If your browser asks for permission to open the app, confirm that you want to open INCY. Open your account on the same phone or tablet where you just installed the app so the settings go to that device.
Confirm the import and connect
Accept the subscription import in INCY and start the connection. The first time, your system will ask for VPN permission; approve it. Wait for the app to show its connection status. If the settings do not appear, return to your account and try importing again with Connect. If an error appears, note its text and contact VORA support.
A QR code is useful when your account is open on another device: choose Other device and scan the code with the phone you want to connect. Keep your subscription link and QR code private; do not publish them or send them to group chats.
